Harper Design Studio ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use harperdesignstudio.co.nz, how we use it, and the choices you have. It is written to align with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.
When you fill in an enquiry or contact form, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, email address, business name, and your message. We do not ask for sensitive information. If you email or call us directly, we keep that correspondence so we can respond and follow up.
We use your information only to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote, deliver work you have engaged us for, and keep in touch about your project. We do not sell your information, and we do not send marketing you did not ask for.
We use privacy-first, cookie-free analytics to understand how the site is used in aggregate, for example which pages are visited most. This does not identify you personally and does not track you across other websites.
We only share your information with the tools we use to run the studio, such as our email provider and form handler, and only so they can perform that service for us. We never pass your details to third parties for their own marketing.
We keep enquiry and client information for as long as needed to provide our services and meet our legal and accounting obligations, then we remove it.
Under the Privacy Act 2020 you can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Get in touch and we will sort it out.
